Terms & Conditions

Introduction

These Terms and Conditions govern the use of the N3 Electric LLC website, as well as the electrical services provided to customers in Cheyenne, Wyoming, and surrounding areas. By requesting a service, scheduling an appointment, or browsing our website, you acknowledge that you agree to these Terms and Conditions in full. They are designed to create transparency between the customer and the company, ensuring expectations are clear and responsibilities are understood from the beginning. These conditions help maintain a safe, consistent, and fair working relationship. If you do not accept any portion of these Terms, you must discontinue use of the website and refrain from submitting service requests.

Service Scope

N3 Electric LLC provides residential electrical services, including repairs, installations, wiring for new construction, panel upgrades, lighting installations, and whole-home generator installations. Our technicians perform work in accordance with local electrical codes and industry standards. All services are delivered based on the information available at the time of the appointment, and we may require additional access or clarification to ensure safe completion of the job. We reserve the right to decline or postpone work if on-site conditions present hazards, violate the electrical code, or prevent safe operation. Services may also vary based on availability, technician scheduling, or material supply.

Pricing and Payments

Pricing for services is communicated upfront through estimates, invoices, or written agreements to ensure customers understand the cost of labor, materials, and any additional work needed. Although we aim to provide accurate estimates, hidden issues such as concealed wiring damage or outdated installations may only become apparent once work begins, leading to revised pricing. Any changes in cost will be discussed with the customer before proceeding. Payment is due immediately upon completion of the service unless a prior written agreement specifies otherwise. Accepted payment methods will be listed on the invoice. Unpaid balances may accrue additional fees and could result in suspended services or further collection steps if unresolved.

Estimates and Changes

Estimates provided by N3 Electric LLC are based on the observable conditions at the time of inspection. Because electrical systems can hide problems behind walls, ceilings, or previous work, an estimate should be viewed as a starting point. If additional issues surface during the project, we will explain the situation, present updated pricing, and request approval before continuing the job. Estimates do not cover changes requested by the customer after work has begun, nor do they account for inaccuracies in the information provided. We strive to maintain transparency throughout the process so customers can make informed decisions before approving any adjustments.

Customer Responsibilities

Customers play a vital role in ensuring that electrical work can be completed safely and efficiently. It is the responsibility of the customer to provide clear access to the work area, remove any obstacles, and secure pets or belongings that may interfere with the technician’s work. Customers must also disclose any known electrical issues, previous repairs, or unusual occurrences that may affect the job. Accurate information helps prevent delays, reduces risks, and ensures proper planning. If the home contains hazardous conditions such as mold, exposed wiring, or structural concerns, the customer must notify us before the appointment. Failure to fulfill these responsibilities may lead to additional charges or delays in completing the work.

Warranty and Workmanship

N3 Electric LLC stands behind the quality of its workmanship and offers a limited warranty on labor performed. This warranty covers defects directly related to the installation or repair provided by our technicians. Should any issue arise within the warranty period due to our workmanship, we will return to assess and resolve the problem at no additional cost. This warranty does not extend to damages caused by misuse, neglect, natural disasters, power surges, modifications made by other contractors, or customer-performed changes after service completion. Electrical equipment supplied by third-party manufacturers may carry their own separate warranties, and customers must refer to those manufacturers for coverage details.

Liability Limitations

While N3 Electric LLC performs all work in accordance with safe practices, proper tools, and professional electrical standards, we cannot be held liable for damages caused by preexisting electrical problems, outdated wiring, hidden hazards, or systems improperly installed by previous contractors. We are not responsible for indirect damages such as loss of business, loss of data, appliance failure, or inconvenience resulting from electrical issues or interruptions. Our liability is limited only to the scope of work directly performed by our technicians. Customers agree to hold N3 Electric LLC harmless for any damages arising from unsafe site conditions, inaccurate information, or interference from other contractors not affiliated with our company.

Cancellation and Rescheduling

We understand that schedules can change, and customers may need to modify or cancel appointments. However, because technician time and materials are allocated in advance, we request that cancellations or rescheduling be made with as much notice as possible. Appointments canceled with short notice, or after a technician has been dispatched, may incur a service fee to cover travel and preparation time. If N3 Electric LLC must reschedule due to weather conditions, emergencies, or unforeseen delays, we will notify the customer promptly and make every effort to accommodate a new appointment time that works for both parties.

Privacy and Data Protection

Protecting customer information is a priority at N3 Electric LLC. Personal data collected during service requests, scheduling, or communication is used exclusively to deliver electrical services, provide estimates, process payments, and maintain customer records. We do not sell, trade, or share customer information with third parties except when required by law or necessary to complete a project, such as permitting or equipment orders. In the event of a disagreement or conflict regarding the services provided, customers are encouraged to contact N3 Electric LLC directly to discuss the matter. Many issues can be resolved quickly through open communication. If a resolution cannot be reached informally, both parties agree to explore mediation or arbitration options as outlined by Wyoming state regulations. Legal action, if necessary, must be pursued within the jurisdiction of the state of Wyoming. These procedures are intended to provide an efficient path to resolving disputes while minimizing cost and stress for both the customer and the company.

Updates to These Terms

N3 Electric LLC reserves the right to update, revise, or change these Terms and Conditions at any time. Updates may occur due to changes in services, new legal requirements, improved safety standards, or internal policy adjustments. Any modifications will be made available on our website, and continued use of our services indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
